Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns within 30 days, starting from the day your order was delivered. This is in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law, which allows you to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

• Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
• Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective box.
• When trying on footwear, please do not mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
• If an item has a LUXODO security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.
• Hosiery, lingerie and swimwear must be returned with the hygiene seals attached, in unopened and undamaged packaging. These items must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We cannot accept items that have been worn or soiled.
• Jewellery must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it.
• Made-to-order items cannot be returned, as they are created to your specification, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

HOW TO RETURN

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your full order details, the reason for the return, and the condition of the item (whether it has been opened, and whether tags and labels are still attached).

We will send you a DHL Express return label for our logistics warehouse. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue your refund.

Return shipping costs: if the return is due to our error, or the item arrived damaged or faulty, we cover the return shipping. In all other cases the cost of the DHL return label is deducted from your refund. If you choose not to use our return service, you arrange and pay for the return yourself and remain liable for the shipment until we receive it.

Original outbound shipping charges are refunded in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, to the original payment method.

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the condition you received them. Returns that do not meet this policy cannot be accepted.

We monitor returns and reserve the right to restrict future orders or close an account in cases of abuse or fraudulent activity. This does not affect your statutory rights.

CANCELLING AN ORDER — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

To cancel, notify us within that period by email at [radna adresa], quoting your name, address and order reference. Any clear statement of your decision to cancel is sufficient.

• If you cancel before your order has been prepared for shipment, nothing is sent and you receive a full refund, including standard outbound shipping costs.
• If you cancel after your order has been prepared for shipment, the items must be returned. Once received and accepted, you receive a full refund, including standard outbound shipping costs.
• You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
